Kudos Card

I had an idea: I worked in a large marketing department where the writers, designers and project managers knew each other but pretty much stayed in their own areas. I pitched my idea of a “Kudoscard” to my boss and other team members; the idea of a card I designed was to give team members a peer-to-peer recognition system. Attached are some of the cards I received.
