2011 Education Conference materials and menu/program — Cancun

My task: Create a menu/program for the last night’s gala awards ceremony that evokes the location. 

My solution: Build a pyramid. I engineered a box that would fold into a pyramid with the menu printed on one side and honorees down on two sides and the theme down the middle. Our print vendor mentioned that the die template was perfectly designed. To save money, we printed them on gold metallic paper rather than to foil the whole thing. The miniature pyramids were shipped flat and constructed on site.

Result: The result was a stunning table with a miniature pyramid menu/programs placed at each place setting. Also included samples of the corresponding yearbook, signage and welcome package.
